United States One Track Mind Like the Johny Thunders song, One Track Mind. Who every says the war on drugs has been a success is smoking more crack than the guys down on 8th Ave. What kind of world do we live in where people with dependency problems sent off to prison. Shouldn't we just admit the "war" part has got to go. Let's rename the crusade something like "get off drugs, we'll help you." Then all the money that gets forked into putting dope smokers in jail could be redirected to those that need help.
Sorry for the soap box, it's not like me. However sitting on the train today watching this young kid pick the scabs from his forearm got to me. This was only photo I shot before I made it to my stop. It was taken with the Nightvision option beacuse of the very low-light in this car. Also darkend in the shawdows so he wouldn't be reconizable.
